1. Return Eligibility

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Products must have been purchased directly from Beaumont Exhibits or an authorized reseller.


2. Return Authorization

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA number, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or 1-877-236-7923. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.


3. Returns Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team to obtain an RMA number.
  • Pack the product securely, including a copy of the original proof of purchase.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on the part of Beaumont Exhibits or if the product is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.


5. Inspection and Processing

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Once the inspection is complete, we will process the return and notify you of the status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
  • Returns that do not meet eligibility criteria may be subject to a restocking fee.
