This policy covers portable displays and graphics ordered from Beaumont & Co.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Custom or special orders may take longer, and we will tell you the expected timeline.
For orders with custom graphics, production starts once your print-ready files are submitted and approved.
Delivery usually takes 10 to 15 days from artwork approval. This includes production and shipping. Times are estimates and can vary with your location, the shipping method, weather, carrier delays and customs.
We offer standard, expedited and express shipping. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the method you choose, and are shown at checkout or in your quote.
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.
We ship within Canada and internationally. For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
We use reliable carriers chosen for your location and shipping method. Some items may have size, weight or destination restrictions. If your order is affected, we will contact you with options.
We pack every order carefully. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us as soon as possible after delivery or the expected delivery date, with photos of any damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to fix the problem quickly.
