Welcome to Beaumont Exhibits! To ensure a seamless manufacturing process and timely production, please follow our Artwork Guidelines when preparing and submitting your electronic files. If you encounter any specific issues not covered here or have additional questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. Properly prepared files are essential to avoid delays in manufacturing.
Before submitting your artwork, please check the following:
For small format prints, ensure the presence of Bleed and Crop Marks.
When supplying Illustrator (Ai), PDF, or EPS files for large format prints:
Logos and graphics should ideally be provided in vector format.
If your artwork includes transparent elements, flatten and/or rasterize them. This includes drop shadows, glows, and other effects.
Ensure that fonts are either embedded or converted to outlines.
Add a 1/8″ border to pictures and designs bleeding to the edge to prevent white space or borders around the artwork.
This is the final size that your artwork will be trimmed down to.
Keep text at least 1/4″ away from the paper edge or trim line to prevent accidental cropping.
Specific file requirements by application:
We provide PDF files as electronic soft proofs. For extreme colour accuracy, request a hard copy proof.
By adhering to these guidelines, you contribute to a smooth production process, ensuring your exhibition materials reflect the quality and professionalism Beaumont Exhibits is known for. If you have any questions, please contact our team of expert professionals.
