Larger trade show exhibits and materials are almost always shipped via truck. It is important to understand the timelines, routes and regulations about shipping your materials, and to ensure your materials are not damaged.
Depending on if you are shipping directly to the trade show or conference venue, or to the advanced warehouse. Shipping within North America will typically take between 4-15 days to arrive on-site. Multiple cities, crossing the border, and warehousing can extend the time dramatically. You should always check your exhibitor manual to find out the shipping deadlines for the advanced warehouse.
